Document Accessibility Training

Ensuring your documents are accessible is a lot easier if you create them that way in the first place. Since we know this, we offer low-cost document accessibility training.* Our training will show you how to create Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 compliant documents. We include training for the following document formats in both video and text formats:

We also provide handy checklists you can download to use as a quick reference. Additionally, we provide training for creating captions with YouTube.

As if that’s not enough, there is more! Our training portal allows your users to track their progress. You can view and print reports showing everyone who has completed the training. Should you receive a civil rights complaint, you would be required to provide information verifying ADA training, so you would be completely covered.
